We value your commitment to learning with MODE Upholstery School and want you to be confident in your enrolment. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms.
 

1. Course Cancellations by Students

• If you cancel 14 or more days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund.

• If you cancel within 7 -14 days of the course start date, a 50% refund will be issued.

• If you cancel with less than 1 weeks notice, then 100% of the fee will be payable.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the course has begun.
   

2. Missed Classes

We do not offer refunds for missed classes. However, we may offer make-up sessions where possible, at our discretion.
 

3. Course Cancellations by MODE

MODE Upholstery School reserves the right to cancel a course in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or because minimum numbers have not been reached. In these circumstances an alternative date(s) will be offered or a full refund given.
 

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@modeupholsterycourse.co.uk with your:

• Full name

• Course name

• Reason for cancellation

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
